Democratic Candidate for Iowa’s 4th Congressional District J.D. Scholten took the stage at the Clay County Fair soapbox Sunday afternoon. KICD news spoke with Scholten afterwards, and he says his campaign is very people-focused. Scholten also discussed the issues of gun violence, social security, and many others during his time on the Soapbox.
