Franklin County Democrats Fall Rally

It’s almost time for The Franklin County Democrats annual Fall Rally and fundraiser! It will be Monday, September 24 at Maynes Grove Lodge, Hwy 65 just south of Hampton. We will begin serving dinner around 5:30 and guest speakers begin at 6:00. Hear from Senator Amanda Ragan, Congressional candidate J.D.Scholten, Secretary of Agriculture candidate Tim Gannon, as well as others to be announced. We will also have a fun auction! No ticket required, but donations are greatly appreciated.

2018 Polk County Steak Fry

Webster County Democrats’ Annual Pork Chop Dinner

We’re hosting our Annual Pork Chop Dinner at the Lions Den on Sunday, September 30th, 2018. Doors open at 4:30pm for social hour, and dinner will begin at 5:30pm.

J.D. Scholten X’s Tailgate & 1st Pitch!

August 30th, 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM, Sioux City

J.D. Scholten, former Sioux City Explorers pitcher and current U.S. Congressional Candidate, will be hosting a tailgate before he throws the ceremonial first pitch for the Thursday night home game against the Texas Airhogs!
He would like to invite everyone to join this fun community event. There will be brats, burgers, and beer available at the tailgate in the Explorers parking lot. The entire event is free of charge (free-will donations of any amount are appreciated), and the first 100 people there will also get free tickets to the game! Please join us to meet the candidate during a fun and laid-back event, or just to enjoy a great community tailgate and ball game. Bring the family — everybody is welcome!

We are lining up for the parade in Boone at 8:30AM. Actual location of lineup to be determined. Everyone is invited to march along with our County, State & Federal candidates that will be joining us. We’re looking for people to carry our banners, hand out candy, carry signs, wear candidate’s t-shirts, walk dogs, ride bikes. push baby strollers, pull kids in wagons or however you would like to participate! If walking is difficult, there is room on the float. Let us know if you can join us!
