“You Can’t Fake Showing Up”

“People deserve to have a larger voice in our government. In Steve King, we have a representative who doesn’t do Town Halls, doesn’t attend public events, and won’t even participate in a debate. Put simply, he just doesn’t show up, which is why we’re calling this tour ‘You Can’t Fake Showing Up.’ I want to demonstrate that a representative should be accessible to those he or she represents and I look forward to hearing from the people of this district and talking with them about the issues that matter to them.” ~ J.D.
